Down The Isle currently ships Australia-wide. Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and any applicable fees will be clearly shown at checkout. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly depending on location and courier services.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you adore your pieces as much as we’ve loved curating them! As many of our items are custom-packed and delicate, we’re unfortunately unable to offer returns for change of mind.
However, if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. You may be eligible for a return or refund if:
- Your item was purchased directly through our website
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order
- The item is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered
To request a return, please email info@downtheisle.com.au with the following:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Date your order was received
- The item(s) in question
- A brief explanation of the issue (photos are helpful!)
If your return meets the above conditions, we’ll happily offer a refund or store credit—just let us know your preference.
